Orders are reviewed before fulfillment so that stock, supplier availability, address quality, and customer contact details can be confirmed. Paid test orders move into ready-to-ship status after payment confirmation.
Tracking
When a shipment is created, tracking details can be viewed from the order lookup area using the order number and email address. Some early test shipments may use simulated tracking until a production logistics provider is connected.
