Support scope

Support should cover order lookup, shipping questions, product dimensions, bundle requests, damaged-item reports, and payment questions.

Response details

Replies within 1 business day during MVP testing. Business details: Business address will be added before production launch. During MVP testing, every support request is also visible in the admin Leads area.

Required information

For order issues, customers should include the order number, purchase email, destination country, and a short description of the problem.
